In honor of spring and Earth Day, both of these workshops will focus on sensing our connection to the Earth. Through breath, movement and guided awareness of our center we will sense the joy of being within our bodies.
Nia - Joy of Movement
Nia addresses the whole person using a comprehensive, holistic exercise approach designed with a combination of nine classic movement forms.
