Budo Taijutsu
Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu is a traditional Japanese art, headed by Masaaki Hatsumi Sensei of Japan, that consists of training in both empty hand and with weapons. We learn practical techniques of self-defense - there is no sparring and no competition. As a part of training we gain body conditioning, flexibility and self-confidence. Training can be transformational for the student who commits to a regular practice.
Though our Budo Taijutsu classes are open only to adults, we also have a training program for children which will prepare them to attend adult classes.
My instructor has more information on his site here.
Guidelines for participation in classes may be found here.
